It’s wine o’clock! Join us for jazz at Sharon James Cellars and wine/wind down your week on Friday, June 30, 2023.
It’s our first appearance at the winery and we’re really looking forward to it. They’re located at 11303 Kinsman Road, Newbury, OH 44065.

The owners, Jim and Sharon Sciaulino, purchased the building in 2011 (the former Green Acres Tavern and White Horse Inn) and have added a tasting room and wine bar, a wine production facility and a beautiful outdoor patio where we’re playing (weather permitting).
The Sciaulinos planted vidal, traminette and cabernet franc vines on their property in Newbury. They also produce a cabernet, a merlot/red zinfandel blend, syrah and concord to round out their red offering. For white wine, in addition to vidal they offer an unoaked chardonnay and reisling.
We’ll be playing our own mix of jazz standards along with 60s-70s-80s-90s classic rock hits, reinterpreted as jazz. Come join us and meet our two newest members, Julie McCreary on keyboards and Jon Densmore on bass.
