Jazz returns to downtown Hudson, Ohio on Sunday Sept. 5, 2021 on the Green. We’re playing at 6:30 at the Hudson (Ohio) Gazebo bandstand, opening for LaFlavour. This is part of the three-day Celebrate Hudson festival on Labor Day weekend. Outdoors, no admission charge, bring your own blankets or lawn chairs. We’re playing in the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) so stop by your favorite Hudson restaurant or bar and pick up some adult beverages and walk over to the Green.
Ever hear The Beatles done as jazz? Pink Floyd? Curious?
For 45 minutes we’ll be playing a fun mix of jazz standards you may be familiar with, plus our jazz versions of songs by The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Pink Floyd, and more.
Our song list is about 50% familiar jazz standards and about 50% jazz arrangements of 60s-70s-80s classic rock songs we grew up with.
We have fun, hang out with us and enjoy some jazz!
